Creative arts week

This week has been really fun as we’ve had our creative arts performance.

At first, we had to write our scripts, which I found very difficult as my group and I were squeezed for time. After a lot of hard work, we managed it though.

We then had to practice our acts, which was very enjoyable. My part was Seth – an Egyptian God who killed his brother out of jealousy. I wrote two raps. The first explained what Seth did and how he was the baddest and scariest of them all.

The second was about some of the other Egyptian Gods, including Horace, who had only one eye because Seth cut the other one out.

Before the start of the play I was very nervous, but looking forward to it at the same time. It went very well and the parents congratulated us.

I’m now looking forward to our next time on stage.

Some fantastic and detail reviews of the very successful performance that we had on Friday.  Well done to all of the boys who worked incredibly hard throughout the week to deliver a very enjoyable performance.  Miss Martin

Welcome back!

It was lovely to see the boys looking so rested and eager this morning.  We have a busy and exciting term ahead starting with our CREATIVE ARTS performance which takes place next week on Friday afternoon.  We will be working on this during lesson time this week and next.  Our independent learning wall has already begun to fill up with some wonderful work so please do come and see this in the corridor.  Any digital independent work can be emailed to me and I will post it here:
