Is a poacher the same as a thief?

Maths:  My maths group are working on column subtraction this week and then this will link into some problem solving work towards the end of the week.  We are also continuing to work on multiplication facts to make sure they are not forgotten!

English:  We will be finishing off a story that was started last week and looking at how we can edit it to make sure it has a clear beginning, middle and end and that the middle is exciting.  Later in the week we are looking at character descriptions and what makes a character so interesting.  In our sentence/grammar work we are focusing on adjectives.
